My favorite Skillet songs and why

Hero- The vocals from Jen and the message behind it.

Monster- The beat. It sounds amazing especially in my mom's truck. She got the bass majorly enhanced so you can feel the beat when you drive/ride in the truck.

Awake and Alive- It represents the need for Christians to take a stand and not live like the world.

The Last Night- It represents a lot in my life.

Rebirthing- It's about living for Christ

Whispers in the Dark- Salvation through Jesus Christ.

I have others But that is what I can think of right now.

Skillet are just the best band in the world. Everyone else just shrinks back into the shadows when Skillet are around. I absolutely love Metallica, Bullet For My Valentine, and My Chemical Romance, but there is a Skillet song for whatever I'm doing. When I'm sitting down relaxing, I listen to Comatose/Better Than Drugs. When I'm upset, it's Say Goodbye. Whenever I'm with my friends (the non-Christian ones) I have Monster playing through earbuds. When I'm in school, I hide the earbuds behind my long hair, and listen to Hero or The Last Night. I really relate to some of the Skillet songs, Say Goodbye especially because my girlfriend just broke up with me. Skillet are just the best, I'm always happy after ten minutes of nothing but me, a dark room, and Skillet.

As canI, Kiah. My best friend just moved to Germany yesterday, so as he was about to leave I was listening to Say Goodbye, and since he landed, I've been listening to Those Nights. I know all the words, I've been listening to it and singing it for thirty six hours straight. I couldn't go to sleep because I was talking to him on Skype, typing while we sang. And, in my opinion, Comatose is the best album.
