Right up my alley But, us yanks have developed an on again/off again "wheat" affair. It could say "whole wheat" on the pkg, but it still could be just another white dough product that was caramel colored. Unless it states "stone ground whole wheat", even with the grain-garnish on the top, it will most likely be white bread in hiding.

Baking homemade bread.

I've never been any good at making bread. I tend to buy the part-baked baguettes and rolls which are ready frozen and "bake" them in the air fryer!
