If you lived in Flagstaff in the mid-1970's, when some January mornings there would literally be six feet of new snow and -33 degrees, you would get the joke.
It hasn't snowed severe like that in 20 years in Flag. And this drought is making snow downright rare in comparison, from what I hear tell.
Lived in PHX for the last ten years, I really miss snow.
