Ok, I've gone through Revelation 17 with a fine toothed comb.

Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters, 2 with whom the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality, and with the wine of whose sexual immorality the dwellers on earth have become drunk.” 3 And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names, and it had seven heads and ten horns. 4 The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and jewels and pearls, holding in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality. 5 And on her forehead was written a name of mystery: “Babylon the great, mother of prostitutes and of earth's abominations.” 6 And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.[a]When I saw her, I marveled greatly. 7 But the angel said to me, “Why do you marvel? I will tell you the mystery of the woman, and of the beast with seven heads and ten horns that carries her. 8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to rise from the bottomless pit[b] and go to destruction. And the dwellers on earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will marvel to see the beast, because it was and is not and is to come. 9 This calls for a mind with wisdom: the seven heads are seven mountains on which the woman is seated; 10 they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. 11 As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction. 12 And the ten horns that you saw are ten kings who have not yet received royal power, but they are to receive authority as kings for one hour, together with the beast. 13 These are of one mind, and they hand over their power and authority to the beast. 14 They will make war on the Lamb, and the Lamb will conquer them, for he is Lord of lords and King of kings, and those with him are called and chosen and faithful.”
15 And the angel[c] said to me, “The waters that you saw, where the prostitute is seated, are peoples and multitudes and nations and languages. 16 And the ten horns that you saw, they and the beast will hate the prostitute. They will make her desolate and naked, and devour her flesh and burn her up with fire, 17 for God has put it into their hearts to carry out his purpose by being of one mind and handing over their royal power to the beast, until the words of God are fulfilled. 18 And the woman that you saw is the great city that has dominion over the kings of the earth.”
Let's look at this passage in depth:

What does "five have fallen" mean?

Let the Bible define it for you:

Dan 2:
39 Another kingdom inferior to you shall arise after you, and yet a third kingdom of bronze, which shall rule over all the earth. 40 And there shall be a fourth kingdom, strong as iron, because iron breaks to pieces and shatters all things. And like iron that crushes, it shall break and crush all these. 41 And as you saw the feet and toes, partly of potter's clay and partly of iron, it shall be a divided kingdom, but some of the firmness of iron shall be in it, just as you saw iron mixed with the soft clay.
Dan 7:
4 The first was like a lion and had eagles' wings. Then as I looked its wings were plucked off, and it was lifted up from the ground and made to stand on two feet like a man, and the mind of a man was given to it. 5 And behold, another beast, a second one, like a bear. It was raised up on one side. It had three ribs in its mouth between its teeth; and it was told, ‘Arise, devour much flesh.’ 6 After this I looked, and behold, another, like a leopard, with four wings of a bird on its back. And the beast had four heads, and dominion was given to it. 7 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold, a fourth beast, terrifying and dreadful and exceedingly strong. It had great iron teeth; it devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet. It was different from all the beasts that were before it, and it had ten horns. 8 I considered the horns, and behold, there came up among them another horn, a little one, before which three of the first horns were plucked up by the roots. And behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of a man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Who are the fallen "five"? The lion, the bear, and the 3 others under the leopard 4th of the 4. The Bronze layer, the leopard 4 set, is given dominion, but it is only given to one king of the four because in Dan 7 it says17 ‘These four great beasts are four kings who shall arise out of the earth.

So, the 6th king, the one "that is" in Rev 17 above is the Leopard ruler (which is why in Rev 13 it says:2 And the beast that I saw was like a leopard; its feet were like a bear's, and its mouth was like a lion's mouth. And to it the dragon gave his power and his throne and great authority. 3 One of its heads seemed to have a mortal wound, but its mortal wound was healed, and the whole earth marveled as they followed the beast.

Thisis the analog to Antiochus Epiphanes who ruled in the major part in the 4 part divided Alexander kingdom.

Going back to Rev 17 they are also seven kings, five of whom have fallen, one is, the other has not yet come, and when he does come he must remain only a little while. 11 As for the beast that was and is not, it is an eighth but it belongs to the seven, and it goes to destruction.

The translation of "it belongs to the seven" should be rendered as "7th", not seven. The 8th king is of the 7th king (in Daniel 7 terms, this "7th king" is the 4th beast with 10 horns.) The 7th king is 4th beast with 10 horns. The 8th beast is the 11th horn that comes out of the 10 horns.

The 8th beast is the False prophet of Rev 13
11 Then I saw another beast rising out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb and it spoke like a dragon. 12 It exercises all the authority of the first beast in its presence,[c] and makes the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast, whose mortal wound was healed. 13 It performs great signs, even making fire come down from heaven to earth in front of people, 14 and by the signs that it is allowed to work in the presence of[d] the beast it deceives those who dwell on earth, telling them to make an image for the beast that was wounded by the sword and yet lived. 15 And it was allowed to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast might even speak and might cause those who would not worship the image of the beast to be slain. 16 Also it causes all, both small and great, both rich and poor, both free and slave,[e] to be marked on the right hand or the forehead, 17 so that no one can buy or sell unless he has the mark, that is, the name of the beast or the number of its name. 18 This calls for wisdom: let the one who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, and his number is 666.[f]
So, there is a 6th king, a 7th king, and an 8th that comes out of the 7th. The 8th king is the little horn of Daniel 7, the 11th horn that kills 3 horns of the 10 to make a new 7 headed Satan.

If you look at the picture of Pope Francis from his "time magazine person of the year award", you'll see the little horn, and his 2 lamb horns.

Another Voice (Rev. 18:4): TIME Names 'New World Pope' Francis Person Of The Year - Portray Him With 'Horns Like A Lamb'; And "Last Pope Prophecy" NWO Fake 'False Prophet'

The 8th beast is the 11th horn that comes out of the 10 horns.

The 8th beast is the False prophet of Rev 13
So, there is a 6th king, a 7th king, and an 8th that comes out of the 7th. The 8th king is the little horn of Daniel 7, the 11th horn that kills 3 horns of the 10 to make a new 7 headed Satan.

It is not 8th beast in Revelation 17. It says the beast is even the eighth (king).

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

It is not 8th beast in Revelation 17. It says the beast is even the eighth (king).

11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

I'm not sure what your point is...

I think I see, you want to insist that the 8th is the 7th king when he is "possessed by Satan".

All I interpret this to mean is that the 8th king "resurrects".
8 The beast that you saw was, and is not, and is about to rise from the bottomless pit[b] and go to destruction. And the dwellers on earth whose names have not been written in the book of life from the foundation of the world will marvel to see the beast, because it was and is not and is to come.

You yourself said that the little horn defeats 3 horns (Dan 7) which means that the little horn has to be an 8th king because there is a new 7 headed dragon, yes? 10 horns - 3 horns = 7 heads that rule with the 8th king.

I think you're misinterpreting on a poor translation.

The beast that rises from the sea is 7 headed.

There are 8 different kings:
Dan 7
17‘These four great beasts are four kings who shall arise out of the earth. 18 But the saints of the Most High shall receive the kingdom and possess the kingdom forever, forever and ever.’
19 “Then I desired to know the truth about the fourth beast, which was different from all the rest, exceedingly terrifying, with its teeth of iron and claws of bronze, and which devoured and broke in pieces and stamped what was left with its feet, 20 and about the ten horns that were on its head, and the other horn that came up and before which three of them fell, the horn that had eyes and a mouth that spoke great things, and that seemed greater than its companions. 21 As I looked, this horn made war with the saints and prevailed over them, 22 until the Ancient of Days came, and judgment was given for the saints of the Most High, and the time came when the saints possessed the kingdom.
23 “Thus he said: ‘As for the fourth beast,
there shall be a fourth kingdom on earth,
which shall be different from all the kingdoms,
and it shall devour the whole earth,
and trample it down, and break it to pieces.
24 As for the ten horns,
out of this kingdom ten kings shall arise,
and another shall arise after them;
he shall be different from the former ones,
and shall put down three kings.
25 He shall speak words against the Most High,
and shall wear out the saints of the Most High,
and shall think to change the times and the law;
and they shall be given into his hand
for a time, times, and half a time.

In the end times, there are 4 kings that rise up. The 4th king has 10 horns.
The 11th horn becomes the 8th king, the separate beast from the 7 headed dragon. There are 2 sets of beasts from the abyss: the woman and the 7 headed dragon. The woman is the harlot, is the 8th beast/ king separate from the 7. Hence, the harlot is the Laodicean church under the pope.

There's a 6th king, a 7th king, and an 8th king. All 8 are in the end times:
(Dan 2:28 , Dan 8:17)

The 6th king is the "new Antiochus", the Leopard that dominates the 3 other fragments of the Alexander the great empire. This entity places the abomination of desolation (Dan 8). People allied to him form the "Laodicean church"/ bride of Antiochus (his wife's name was Laodice). The 6th king is the little horn of Daniel 8. The whole vision of Dan 8 is said to take place in the end times, Dan 8:17.

The 7th king is Satan, who has 10 horns/ 10 pre-kings. We know from Rev 2:13 that Satan's throne is in Turkey (Pergamum.) It is the political entity in Turkey that has the 10 toes/ horns. In modern day terms, probably Istanbul/ Constantinople, where the 2 iron legs, the Eastern and Western halves of the Roman empire will be ruled from.

The 8th king is the little horn of Daniel 7. This is the "beast from the earth" that rules the harlot/ Laodicean church that rides the 7 headed dragon. The False Prophet, the 2 horned beast.

Let's look at Daniel 8:
17 So he came near where I stood. And when he came, I was frightened and fell on my face. But he said to me, “Understand, O son of man, that the vision is for the time of the end.”

In the third year of the reign of King Belshazzar a vision appeared to me, Daniel, after that which appeared to me at the first. 2 And I saw in the vision; and when I saw, I was in Susa the citadel, which is in the province of Elam. And I saw in the vision, and I was at the Ulai canal. 3 I raised my eyes and saw, and behold, a ram standing on the bank of the canal. It had two horns, and both horns were high, but one was higher than the other, and the higher one came up last.

4 I saw the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] charging westward and northward and southward. No beast could stand before him, and there was no one who could rescue from his power. He did as he pleased and became great. 5 As I was considering, behold, a male goat [king of Greece] came from the west across the face of the whole earth, without touching the ground. And the goat had a conspicuous horn between his eyes. 6 He came to the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] with the two horns, which I had seen standing on the bank of the canal, and he ran at him in his powerful wrath. 7 I saw him come close to the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] , and he was enraged against him and struck the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] and broke his two horns. And the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] had no power to stand before him, but he cast him down to the ground and trampled on him. And there was no one who could rescue the ram [Media and Persia/ Russia & Iran] from his power. 8 Then the goat [king of Greece] became exceedingly great, but when he was strong, the great horn was broken, and instead of it there came up four conspicuous horns toward the four winds of heaven.

(This could correlate to the 4 angels that are released from the Euphrates in Trumpet 6).

9 Out of one of them came a little horn, which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the glorious land. 10 It grew great, even to the host of heaven. And some of the host and some[a] of the stars it threw down to the ground and trampled on them. 11 It became great, even as great as the Prince of the host. And the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown. 12 And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression,[b] and it will throw truth to the ground, and it will act and prosper. 13 Then I heard a holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one who spoke, “For how long is the vision concerning the regular burnt offering, the transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled underfoot?” 14 And he said to me,[c] “For 2,300 evenings and mornings. Then the sanctuary shall be restored to its rightful state.”
The Interpretation of the Vision

15 When I, Daniel, had seen the vision, I sought to understand it. And behold, there stood before me one having the appearance of a man. 16 And I heard a man's voice between the banks of the Ulai, and it called, “Gabriel, make this man understand the vision.” 17 So he came near where I stood. And when he came, I was frightened and fell on my face. But he said to me, “Understand, O son of man, that the vision is for the time of the end.”
18 And when he had spoken to me, I fell into a deep sleep with my face to the ground. But he touched me and made me stand up. 19 He said, “Behold, I will make known to you what shall be at the latter end of the indignation, for it refers to the appointed time of the end. 20 As for the ram that you saw with the two horns, these are the kings of Media and Persia. 21 And the goat[d] is the king of Greece. And the great horn between his eyes is the first king. 22 As for the horn that was broken, in place of which four others arose, four kingdoms shall arise from his[e] nation, but not with his power. 23 And at the latter end of their kingdom, when the transgressors have reached their limit, a king of bold face, one who understands riddles, shall arise. 24 His power shall be great—but not by his own power; and he shall cause fearful destruction and shall succeed in what he does, and destroy mighty men and the people who are the saints. 25 By his cunning he shall make deceit prosper under his hand, and in his own mind he shall become great. Without warning he shall destroy many. And he shall even rise up against the Prince of princes, and he shall be broken—but by no human hand. 26 The vision of the evenings and the mornings that has been told is true, but seal up the vision, for it refers to many days from now.”

We can see that 1st

-The ram [Media/ Persia // Russia/ Iran] attacks. (2nd beast from the sea in Daniel 7).

-there is a "king of Greece" that attacks back.

- The "king of Greece" wins, but dies and his empire fragments into 4. The new Antiochus rules over the other 3 fragments. The new Antiochus/ Leopard/ 6th king places the abomination of desolation and is the 3rd beast from the sea in Daniel 7. This one is into the occult. The "Muslim antichrist"/ Iranian antichrist/ "Mahdi" is defeated here (not necessarily killed) when the king of Greece wins over Russia/ Iran.

2300 days is comprised of 150 days (Trumpet 5), 396 days (1 year, 1 month, 1 day, 1 hour of Trumpet 6 when the 4 angels are released - possibly correlating to Dan 8:8), plus 1260 days plus 3.5 days for the 2 witnesses to lie dead. Plus 490 days of the Dan 9 70 weeks until messiah prophecy = 2299.79 days. This is the sequence of the 3 woes: the 1st is 150 days, the 2nd woe is Trumpet 6 + 1260 + 3.5 days, leaving 490 days for the unspecified 3rd woe.
