So the people there were perfectly content and could not possibly have thought to peacefully protest against Assad's corrupt regime. They were just mindless idiots who did the bidding of western meddlers....they had absolutely no reason to be upset with the regime? It was western powers that forced the regime to shoot at said protesters? It was western powers that forced the regime to be the culprits behind most of the sectarian massacres? It was western powers that told the regime to go to Sunni villages in order to individually slaughter inhabitants, including children? It was western powers that told Assad to use chemical weapons on civilians? To use barrel bombs on them? To bomb mosques and schools and aid convoys and marketplaces? Western meddling has indeed often been worthy of condemnation but, unfortunately for Assad apologists, it cannot be blamed for all of the world's ills including Assad's & his direct allies' actions. Does that apply to Russia, Hezbollah, Iran, Iraqi & Pakistani & Afghan militias as well? Because I agree. Had they not stepped in, Assad would've been toppled long ago. Very telling, isn't it, that he needs all of those people helping him? He also has the UN and the US favoring him through their actions. Impossible as ISIS has 0 presence in Aleppo. Furthermore, the only victims were humanitarian workers and civilians. This deliberate & evil attack is not at all comparable to the US's mistaken attack on combatants who are terrorizing the population and committing genocide. Unfortunately that was a mistake (nobody seems to have the spine to target them intentionally besides the rebels). This was deliberate given how Russia tracked the convoy with a drone for hours and how this attack went on for hours after. They waited for the rescue workers to show up after the initial strikes and continued striking.
