Since the Organization has received "new light" regarding the 1914 generation, and completely changed their view on this, does this mean that all the former Jehovah's witnesses who were disfellowshipped years ago for the same view the organization is now teaching will automatically be accepted into fellowship again?

Were these Ex-Jw's disfellowshipped for truth and knew things that the governing body did not?

Nope, it is isn't about right or wrong, it's about obedience. The leadership is equated with God, they are overseers of God's earthly organization and so speak for them. Disobey them, you disobey God. There is no salvation outside of Jehovah's Organization. How a JW reacts to such changes determines their loyalty.

that's an excellent question. I think the elders and governing body should be directly questioned about that and forced to answer.

No, because it is viewed as going ahead of Jehovah's organization. If Jehovah is to teach us something new, he would do so via his organization, only through His organization is the Truth known. At least that's the way it was explained to me.

Since, they were wrong then likely wrong now and always -- it is nothing more than a human led organization.
