Is there any place on the internet, that i can go into a topic, like forgiving, and it shows what section of the bible talks about forgiving???

I know this will be moved, but i had no idea where to put it, sorry.

This might have one, but I'm not quite sure.. If it doesn't though, run a Google search, or Yahoo, or any other search engine and see what it pulls up :)

But don't worry about posting in the wrong place, the mods are pretty nice about that :) Though I don't see this quite as the wrong forum

Yeah, I recommend Bible Gateway too. :) It's a site I use often-especially when looking up someone's quotes for their context or trying to find relevant verses. That doesn't mean I haven't read the verses at some time, haven't studied them, or don't know how to find them in the Bible-it simply means I prefer copy and paste if I have to post Scriptures to typing in long verses and that I'm forgetful on verse citation numbers.

For example, I can't tell you the exact citation on "equality of the believer" but I know it's in Galatians 3. Hence, I plug Galatians 3 into the search and find the verse in twice the time than digging my Bible out of my purse, flipping to Galatians, then to the third chapter, then typing it in. :)

Also, I can have the verse display both in my preferred version (NIV) and in another translation without having to have two Bibles open in front of me on the desk (or having to buy a copy of their Bible, since I only have NIV, KJV, NKJV, and NASB), which is helpful for discussing something with someone who rejects the NIV as a valid translation. :)

Here are about 100 Scripture topics in question and answer form. Typically a question is asked and a Bible verse printed in response. Frequently there is a further explanatory note. This approach can work well with a family worship where participants can be asked to look up and read the verses. The book has 180 chapters in 18 major sections (there is a lot of material here).
