I think it depends on the situation. If God tells you to do something now, and you put it off, then yes. But there are times when God actually WANTS you to wait.
Does that make sense?

Agreed. Usually a person gets mad at themselves, and the fears and guilt build up -- which wastes even more time. But there are times it's the guilt talking, not God or common sense. Good things can take time.

Look into the word "idle"

I read a devotional this week that talked about idleness.
