Prayers?

SInce we put our place on the market- the market took it's worst dive since like the Depression...

today some people (who made a really, really low initial offer) are coming back to look again after our counter offer...

Could you spare a moment to whisper a prayer that perhaps these people will see all the great things about this place and overlook the amount of work it needs? (The house is essentially free-- the price is just the price per acre) That we will ,indeed, sell our house so that we can move into the land of more than two bedrooms and one bathroom?

LOL- it's all so bittersweet- part of us would love to stay-but the other part just wants to have more room in our home.
