Prayer thread for Mikhael while he is in rehabs and his family as well.

Let's pray for Mikhael's success and this will be a lifetime commitment. Healing for his family as well. We all know a lot of Mikhael's history. His health, his struggles, and his fighting to do what is right by himself and everyone he loves.

Let's pray that he finds himself, has clear thinking and the determination and the strength to follow through so he can be the man God and his family needs him to be. Let him be a shining example and overcome the obstacles set before him through his life and breaks this cycle of pain and destruction he has grown up with. Lord have mercy and grant him the wisdom and strength to overcome whatever comes his way.

I went to see a speaker at a local church last night who is now a pastor, but 8 years ago was in the depths of an addiction to opioids. There is no brokenness that can't be made beautiful. Best wishes Mikhael.

He has struggled through a difficult childhood and living with Asperger's, and drinking was part of a coping mechanism he'd developed to deal with it. He'd been coping the best he knew how, and now he has found the courage to learn how to cope more successfully.
