Please pray for my daughter--ER

Hi Guys and Gals,

My little 8-year-old daughter, Veronica, has been suffering with stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, and off and on high temps for weeks now. She has missed a ton of school, which is very unlike her. She has been down in the dumps. My wife, an RN, has taken her to get blood work, x-rays, exams, etc. She gets better for 3-4 days, then feels like garbage, better for another 3-4 days, then falls apart.

This morning she woke up and was fine, but right before my wife was taking her to school, her right side really LIT UP with pain. Kate is taking her now to the ER for a possible appendicitis. She'll get scans and hopefully some good care.

Please pray for my little Veronica. I'm at work now and can't focus for squat. I'm worried about my baby....

The latest update is that her white blood cell count is awesome, negative for appendicitis, POSITIVE FOR STREP.

She had strep like two months back. Then a month later she had a blockage in her intestine! It took days and days and tons of fiber, but she finally passed it. We think her little digestive system just hasn't fully rebooted itself, her immune system sucks right now, and she caught strep all at the same time. Perfect storm.
