But it does. in the context of what is being said. Isaiah did not just say one verse and then the next verse is totally unconnected, it's not proverbs.
Yes; Isaiah and all the Prophets give us most of their Prophesies out of their correct order.
Isaiah 26:19-21 proves it, as v19 has to be at the Judgment after the Millennium.
People do not have to hide at that time, so verses 20-21 must refer to the Sixth Seal event when people will need to take cover.

and there you go
the problem.
instead of just reading scripture and seeing what it says.
you have a preexisting idea and conform your understanding of scripture around that idea. You say things like "has to be" and "must refer"
you have ordered the bible to tell you according to your rules.

instead of just reading what it says and believing it, and only changing time when the context changes, naturally beginning a new subject.
your setting rules on what God can and cannot say has made you favor taking individual verses out of context, and forming entire doctrines based on them.

the problem.
is: that if you think Isaiah 26:19 is fulfilled and followed immediately, by verses 29-21, then you are hopelessly confused and the Prophetic Word is hidden from you.

the context is the same, I didn't say immediately but the order is the same, otherwise the context is all meaningless and jumbled. But context is important. You'll never get the true meaning looking at individual verses out of context.

and it's a prideful thing to put rules on what the bible "must be" saying trying to force God to conform to your plan.
