I can see an argument for shooting her. I can see an argument against shooting her. I can see an argument for shooting Brown and Blake (among other such examples). I can see an argument for not shooting them. What I cannot see is an argument for shooting Babbitt but being outraged about the other shootings.

Tactically, firing into a mob is a bad idea, unless there is no other choice. We don't know exactly what she was doing when she was shot, but we do know that the rioters she was with, were using all sorts of weapons against the police who were trying to protect Congress from the insurrectionists.
