Sounds good but I wonder how helpful it will be. A lot of people eat even when they are not hungry. The process of eating is a comfort, not just the food in the stomach. Anyone who takes the pill will likely be highly motivated to lose weight anyway. The biggest issue with weight loss is keeping it off. Unless the underlying reason is dealt with, I suspect that overeating will continue to be a problem.

Yeah, there's another pill out there now called Wecovy (I think) and it also removes the appetite. It works well, but when you get off the pill, most people gain their weight back. I think it's better to learn about your behavior and seek to change it rather than relying on drugs that you'd have to take the rest of your life. Even surgery tends to be temporary as it's a tool, not a cure, and many people who get it stretch their stomachs back out because they haven't dealt with the real cause of their food addiction.
