Hello all. Today she asked if I could lead a devotional. Where should I start? I was thinking john chapter 1... or should I do romans?

my personal thought would be to start with John - and it's VERY encouraging to hear that she's asking for devotionals!! wow, what a blessing, and what a wonderful opportunity to witness....i pray that her heart will be open to God's precious Word....God Bless you....

It might not be the obvious choice, but perhaps you might start with the Song of Songs.

Also thank you everyone for your kind words, there are reasons behind it and of course there is reluctance on her end, but as we all can agree, time to lead where the Lord has called me to and let the Holy Spirit do His job.
