Joe's mom--it's a brain tumor

Joe's mom got the results of all her tests from her many hospital stays recently and it is a meningioma brain tumor.

We don't know what that means right now, she is at the doctor's office now and will be going to another one this afternoon.

We don't know if it means she will be unable to travel to Europe in July. They have dreamed of this trip their whole lives, so it would be wonderful if she still gets to go.

I'm sorry she is going through this. My dad has a brain tumor that God and him are trying to battle. I figure between his faith and God's mighty healing power....he'll be healed.

Praying for Joe's mom that she will find the grace to withstand this storm and find herself even closer to God through it all.

Joe just called and said the neurologist said the tumor is on the surface of the brain and is very operable. They will be able to remove it easily.

And, she doesn't have to have the surgery until she gets back from her trip!
