I'm sure sorry to hear that your knee is killing you again, MR. I will definitely lift that up in prayer for you.

I like to hike and walk too. I had to put the hiking on hold for a little while when my surgery was over, but my doctor has told me that I can pretty much do everything that I was doing before.

That's awesome that you were able to get together with a friend for coffee. Those are always times to cherish.

The quad bike sounds like it would be fun.
