I am in such a dark place right now. I feel like I can't even cope, can't breathe. I took a sedative so I can sleep but it hasn't really worked yet and I can't always do that. It's taking everything I've got just to get through the day on autopilot and I have very little time to let it all out because Grandma asked me not to freak out on her. It's consuming my mind and I just... I can't deal. Idk how to get through this.
