Twix candy bar=food=no tax unless eaten inside restaurant

Solution: eat Twix (or Kit Kat, for that matter) outside store to save $$

Query: Does taxable "candy" do worse damage to one's teeth than non-taxable Twix or Kit Kat? Is one slightly less damaging to one's waistline than the other?
