If you are feeling unwelcome in the catholic church maybe you could go out and try and find a christian church. Struggling is can be very hard but we need to push through, the end result shall be beyond.

Sure from what I understand is that some aspects of the catholic church are christian, as in believing in the messiah died for our sins and God raised him from the dead, and that He is Lord. I do not dare say that catholics are not followers of Jesus. The Catholic Church is the Christian Church.
All aspects are Christian and fall in line with long standing Christian tradition and practice.Sure from what I understand is that some aspects of the catholic church are christian, as in believing in the messiah died for our sins and God raised him from the dead, and that He is Lord. Joshua - I think I should remind you that you are posting in the Catholic Area - OBOB
Suggesting to a member of the Catholic church that they should go elsewhere is very very much against the rules. Please do not post in this fashion here.
You may , and should, post in fellowship and encouraging this poster to abide with the teachings of the Church would be appreciated

Prayers you see some light at the end of the tunnel soon! Thanks everyone for your encouragement. I don't think I can shake this any quicker than as long as it took to grow, but I do feel better. I took some time tonight to read and play more than usual with my girls and said an extra prayer with my oldest before bed. Prayer may not come so easily all the time but this time it did.
I'm struggling to stay strong in the faith. I'm struggling to focus on becoming more saintly rather than giving into my worldly desires in the face of great uncertainty. I'm struggling to feel at home in the Catholic Church when most around me are Catholic in name only or in private only, or on their own terms only. I'm struggling to feel at home in the Catholic Church when those around me who are fervent and conformant seem totally inaccessible to me. I'm struggling to pray because I just don't like to talk a lot, and I'm growing weak from praying for strength. I'm struggling to accept the blossoming hardships that I believe the Lord has let me realize are coming upon the world.
I'm just really struggling.
No proselytizing.Joshua - I think I should remind you that you are posting in the Catholic Area - OBOB
