If the Catholic Church was destroyed by any means this would not cause all of the cities of the nations to fall as is described in Rev 16:19.
Rev 16:18 And there were flashes of lightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was a great earthquake, such as there had not been since man came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty. 19 The great city was split into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of His fierce wrath.
Stop listening to the false teachers that are teaching that the woman is Papal Rome or the Catholic Church. The USA is the woman that if it were destroyed would cause all the cities of the nations to fall.

That makes no sense at all. The Scriptures of Revelation 16:18-19 are talking about an EARTHQUAKE, not the destruction of the Catholic Church. It's not the destruction of the woman that causes the earthquake, whether it be the Catholic Church or the USA. It's the earthquake that trisects the great city Bavel and destroys all the cities mentioned.

I don't listen to false teachers who teach such rubbish; however, that doesn't mean that the Catholic Church can't be the prostitute of Revelation, but that's a separate matter.

And yet, Mystery Babylon is around both during the 1st century when she destroyed and dispersed Israel and murdered Christians and at the time of the end when the beast and 10 kings arise and destroy her.

It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is what the Bible actually says. We are instructed to believe in the Word of God.

Revelation 17 says that the beast and the 10 kings destroys mystery babylon. That hasn't happened yet. This means that mystery babylon is still around.
