Icon translation help

Can someone help me with this portal icon?

Also, I'm curious what the Orthodox perspective on icons made by jurisdictions that aren't in communion. This one is from Holy Transfiguration Monastery (HOCNA).

I have some stuff from Holy Transfig in Mass. they do a lot of solid translations as well. I am cool with their icons (aside from those of their saints that we do not recognize)

Acronyms:


MP= (Mhtep) Meter; greek for mother.

THY= Theou' (The greek letter Theta with the Y); "Of God" . Thus the inscription reads 'Mother of God' or "Theotokos" (God Bearer)

IC XC= Isous Xristos; greek for Jesus Christ.

The letters in the halo: O W N; greek acronym for, "He Who Is"
