How do you combat your panic attacks?

I am definitely at the over-the-top point right now. I just want to cry between stress at my job, my husband's hrs/pay being cut in half, and now I'm having numbness and tingling in my left hand. Any physical thing w/ me just freaks me out. Sigh. Prayers for all of us!

Do you guyz ever panic over food?
I was in a Subway the other day. I figured Subway = eat fresh. All was good until I happened to glance down at the toppings as she (lady behind the counter, duno what else to call her) made my sub-sandwhich. I noticed that the dark meat, had a green patch. I couldn't figure out why meat would turn green, kinda freaked me out. Even though there wasn't any meat in my sandwhich...I kinda didn't trust it.

I think anyone would be hesitant over green meat That's just wrong.
