Hello, I’m New To The Forum

Hi, I’m William, a fellow believer in Christ Jesus. I’m pretty opened minded at this point in my walk with God. I was born again of the Spirit in the spring of 1999, and then got baptized in Sept. of 2000. It’s been a wild journey of many ups, and downs since then lol. It would be nice to find a real connection with likeminded believers. I grew up as a young boy going to a Methodist church, then sometime after that began going to a Baptist church, then a few years later in my earlier teen years began going to a Nazarene church. I was going to the Nazarene church when I was saved and born of the Spirit in 1999, but not long after my water baptism there in 2000 as the Spirit of Christ began to give me a love, hunger, and thirst to study and know His Word for myself, I began to strongly disagree with the things they believe and taught. So then I left that church, and in the process of time fell in love with studying theology, and came to a realization that my beliefs lined up more with Calvinist. Then after several years of identifying as a Calvinist I became very discontent with putting God in a box, and dogmatic closed minded belief systems in general. I alsolove to study Bible prophecy, and speculate about how the end times that I believe we are living in are going to unfold lol. I also love to study philosophy. I hope and pray in the precious name of Yeshua Jesus that I can contribute something positive in these forums amen.
