Peace in Christ.

Jesus died physically for our sins and is alive NOW so that we might have His life NOW in this mortal body. He has the keys of “hell” (Hades: meaning the “unseen”) and of death. The unseen = the unknown….the not knowing (lack of knowledge). He has the key of knowledge that the churches of fleshly-men have been taking away from their congregations who are being prevented from hearing (with knowledge) the good news of our mortal salvation.

He suffered mortal death already for us in our place so we do not have to physically die.

Rev 1:18 KJV
(18) I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.

Now we die only to sins so that we might live mortally unto righteousness. It gives our mortal bodies life….the age-lasting life. We are to keep His “daily” sacrifice (dying to sin) so that His life is manifest in our mortal bodies.

1Pe 2:24 KJV
(24) Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Death has no more dominion over Him who WAS dead but IS ALIVE now. He died mortally for our sins so we do not have to physically die. We now only "die" to sin so that we might have His life now in this mortal body.

Rom 6:9-12 KJV
(9) Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
(10) For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.

This is NOW how we are to think: we are dead unto sin but ALIVE unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

(11) Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

If we let sin reign in our mortal body, we shall mortally die. The wages of the sin is death.

But if we live after the Spirit (slaying the deeds of the body), the Spirit shall give our mortal bodies His life....an age-lasting life. An age-lasting life is a free gift because Jesus was sent to die mortally for us in substitution for our own mortal death. Now we do not have to die mortally for He did it in our place.

(12) Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

Not knowing the good news of our mortal salvation is like being in the grave (Hades).

We are in the “grave” in the churches of earthly-minded men where there is no knowledge of the good news of our mortal salvation. It is not being preached with knowledge. We perish (mortally) because of a lack of knowledge. His people perish mortally because of the lack of knowledge in the places of the churches of men.

But our Lord is merciful and comes to give us the knowledge. He comes to awaken us to the Word of Truth….the good news of our mortal salvation. ALL shall hear His voice. Some will hear and believe the good news while others will hear and not believe.

We hear His voice in the “graves” and are to come forth and do good towards what we hear and receive the promised age-lasting life to be had in this mortal body unto the redemption of it at the “last trump” moment where we then are changed from mortal to immortal. The believers will stand up with life.

But some will stand up to do bad towards what they hear Him saying as they will not believe in it. They are judged. They will die in their sins.

John 5:28-29 KJV
(28) Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,

(29) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

But to those who hear (believe) His word and believe on Him that sent Him has “everlasting life”….that is, an age-lasting life. They shall not come into the judgment of mortal death but is passed from mortal death unto an age-lasting life.

John 5:24 KJV
(24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
