Now how is that for love Take someone to kiss them and end up stabbing them instead. This can happen to we humans in more subtle settings. Especially when we have people who tell people they love them, and then end up gossiping on them behind their back. John the Apostle said...

Does God get thrilled? I'd like to think so.

Though He is eternal in His essence, He lovingly condescends to interact with us on a temporal level.

I imagine He gets thrilled when pleased by our love, something like what we feel, though not identical.

What could possibly be more important?

A woman friend got a bit irked at my husband constantly telling me he loved me. She said, "I'd get tired of that. I've only been here an hour and I can't count the times he said that to you."
I asked her how she knew she'd get tired of it. I know I never tired of it and I hear we are made in God's image and likeness.

I look at a king who appears not to be the best with many things. He had a man killed just to get at the man's wife. And yet God said that man was after his own heart.
