I am researching installing Mobile Device Management (MDM) software on Android. MDM software is usually used by businesses to control employees' use of Android devices. However I am wanting to install it to setup personal restrictions on my own Android phone. The following article explains how MDM software can be used for personal use: Android Mobile Device Management | Tech Lockdown
The software I am wanting to use is "Manage Engine MDM". If you are under the 50 device threshold you can use it for free, so this works for me because I am only intending to use one device.
Here is the how-to article on how to enroll an Android device by scanning a QR code: https://www.manageengine.com/mobile...nrollment/mdm_android_qr_code_enrollment.html
This software seems complicated to me so I am wondering if anyone on here can explain it if I have questions.
