" and God was sorry that He made man and it grieved Him in His heart."
Gen. 6:6

This verse alone tells you a great deal about man as God saw, sees and will see him. Knowing God never changes adds an eternal stigma to our relationship with God, so much so that God had to give Himself as the sacrificial lamb in order to forgive us and let us into His presence in heaven.

Jesus will always be there in heaven with His original wounds to remind us that God remains sorry that He created us, even though we are forgiven thru Jesus His Son who He God also is.

Yet how easily we forget that God was once sorry and continues to be sorry that we were created, and go off and try to act like it's all good and we humans are the greatest thing since the invention of bread.

If God Himself who is perfect love is ever at anytime sorry that He created man, then I think we should stop, give it some thought, reflect on it and try and not think of ourselves as so high and mighty that God would never ever have a reason to be sorry at anytime thru out all eternity that He created us, but it's too late for that. Because He was, He is and will forever be sorry, tho we are forgiven and let into heaven, that He created you and me, but mostly you. :)

The heart of man isnt exactly prime

Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

I mean, it even said Jesus would entrust himself to a man for he knew what was in a man. Man needs a new heart

Ezek 36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

So, where it speaks of every imagination of the thoughts of his heart is evil we now through Him can cast down every high thing (even every thought) down in obedience to Christ.

God bless you

BUT Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.

By faith Noah being warned of God of things not seen as yet moved with fear prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by that which he condemned the world and became the heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

Gold first made man to have a relationship with him and when that failed by sin entering into the world, that is what saddened him. Also, when God made that statement in Genesis, there was one man and his family that believed God and therefore had grace applied to their lives. And now that we are born again of God's spirit - we have become his sons and daughters and therefore also reap the benefit of his grace on our lives.

God was once sorry and continues to be sorry that we were created,

Sorry, where does it say it's an on-going feeling? The Bible says God thinks about me and rejoices, as He sees Christ in me, which is my hope of glory.

I'm not really eing judgemental biker, but is this some kind of continuous joke, if not I think you should go talk to someone you trust who can refer you to a specialist or doctor about this. If it's just a joke, then it's beyond bad taste to keep trolling it up. You say in your post
"I the Lord God only like classical piano b/c it is not idolatrous like all the rest of your nations music. Now I the Lord God want each and every one of you to go and listen to some nice classical piano, and try and relax and think about me and then....maybe just then.....I can maybe not be sorry anymore that I created you humans. "

Has this really gotten down to you thinking you're God? It's been reported. I'm praying that you indeed seek some help brother.

Response,

Seems to me that biker is looking at himself as some sort of God's messenger.
Correct me if I am wrong, biker.

God bless, Kutte

I doubt very much God would use such poor language. lol

Is this a joke?

Well, There are some who say, "He saith" of things he does not (or rather use their tongues and say, "He saith").

When He just doesnt say everything they say "He saith"

(That was just too fun to pass up!) ^_^

Jeremiah 23:31 Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He saith.

Not while your sinning- we all sin daily the bible says, unless you first repent. That means to repent daily as the bible says to do. So that moment between your sin and the moment that you ask forgiveness for it, is a gray area.

he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above reproach before him,
(Colossians 1:22 ESV)

There are some that say we can never fall from grace once we are saved OSAS, however their are others who believe that you can lose your salvation if you are caught in sin when Jesus returns.

My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand. I and the Father are one. (John 10:27-30)

" and God was sorry that He made man and it grieved Him in His heart."
Gen. 6:6

Here is the corrected translation from the Hebrew......The Lord has never been sorry He created us.

6~~And Jehovah/God, Himself, 'changed His mind'/repented
that He had manufactured {asah} man on the earth,
and He was constantly grieved in His right lobe/heart {His thinking}.

{Note: There are two anthropopathisms in this verse. That means to attribute to God human characteristics in order to make certain issues clear to the limited mentality of man. God's omniscience always knew what would happen and how He would react to the evil - His response to evil is perfectly consistent. Secondly, because of His immutability {He does not ever change), His state of happiness is always 'perfect happiness' - He does not really grieve - this is to explain Divine Judgment in terms a human might understand.}

Im not sure the translation is correct there I would look into it if I were you. I find it hard to believe that God regrets us if he sent Jesus for us. I also know that sinse Jesus has come He doesnt see us for the pathetic beings we are but He sees as washed clean in the blood of the Lamb and no longer sees our sins if we have faith in Christ.

I believe that we who are in Christ must be obedient to Him.

He said:

God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:24KJV)

We know that God is omniscient or all knowing. God had the fore knowledge of everything that would happen in the earth even before His first act of creation.

As written Genesis 6&7 suggest that God was surprise and disappointed which contradicts the truth.

And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them. (Genesis 6:6-7KJV)

What should we do?

Before Christ man knew nothing of the spirit so the old testament “the old covenant” is of human understanding.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil. For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. (Matthew 5:17-18KJV)

Jesus Christ came to fulfil the law to give us the spirit and the truth through which the Word is revealed. In other words to give the spiritual understanding of the scripture.
