Not that I've seen, especially not in here. Unless someone has seen something I didn't catch? I know Count Sock has been floating around but that's about it for socks.

Ahh socks making posts is different to socks making votes.

I'm going to be surprised if we make it past 45 votes on this thread compared with 51 on the other.

But I could be wrong. Apparently us guys are wrong all the time.

I don't vote in public polls. And if it wasn't public, I would vote (if there was an option) for none of the above.

The pie option is the same as a "none of the above" option, but if people choose not to vote, no biggie.

The original voting thread was anonymous, but I like people owning their votes and not having to be as concerned with sock accounts. I also like multiple choice polls, but didn't think that would work so well with this topic.

Amber, I'm sorry for the pie inducing sadness, but I always (when possible) have a random poll option for those who just like voting in polls.

I just realized, why was a run-off thread made? It looked like there was a winner in the other? Just wondering, it confuzzled me! lol

Rumours of socks voting.

The other had a tie, I believe? It was 12 each for Mary/Jake and Ericka/Austin.

Sara is correct. While the sock accounts were a topic that effected the anonymity of the poll, it was the tie that caused it. The top three were so close and each of the top three couples kept getting one more vote to keep a tie. And this one closes three days from the start, so official results will come at a set time and not have the poll just end at a random time (like I did with the last poll, which was scheduled to end at the late date of May 10th).
