Refrence number 2865

I could not find anything in Greek for shattered or fragment. Also could not find fragment in Hebrew.

okay ms, after I read this yesterday I googled shattered fragments bible verses ... led me to 3 things ... first a book by that title, a wargame by that name ... but the third took me to biblegateway with these five verses

2 Chronicles 36:16
Zedekiah reigns over Judah

But they mocked the messengers of God, and despised his words, and misued his prophets, until the wrath of the Lord arose against his people, till there was no remedy.

I then asked the Lord if I should give them or wait ... no answer so I said if I don't get an answer I'll wait a while ... it's been on my mind all evening and day today as I was driving to get Kayden ... so when I got back here and I was able to post I asked Him if there was a verse He wanted to give me ... what came to mind in 3 seperate parts was Rev ... 21 ... 12 ... I would not at all say the Lord gave it to me for sure because I'm not sure so I'll give it with that in mind ...

And a wall great and high, and had twelve
gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and
names written theron, which are the names
of the twelve tribes of Israel.


so ... me being me enough knowledge is never enough ... I decided I'm really curious now so I'm going to take those verses and look at their companion verses ... it should be interesting ...

the final thing on that is back to the beginning of this ... when I very first read it the verse that came to my mind is a verse in Isaiah or daniel (still trying to find it) that talks about broken pieces of glass and metals ... I'll keep looking ...

We sure do have an amazing God.Must be a reason were all in Isaiah.Did you know that Isaiah is like a minature bible?The first 39 chapters(like the 39 of the Old Testament)are filled with judgement upon immoral and idolatrous men.Judah has sinned,the surrounding nations have sinned.The whole earth has sinned.Judgement must come,for God cannot allow for such blatant sin to go unpunished forever.
But the final 27 chapters(like the 27 chapters of the New Testament)declare a message of hope.The messiah is coming as a Savior and a Sovereign to bear a cross and to wear a crown.

Isn`t that cool?Its written on the heading of my bible.I remember the first time I read it,I just thought that was so cool.
So we sure do have an awesome amazing God.

I just have to tell you guys this.The other day when I read this I wrote this scripture down and felt that I should give it to my friend.I then thought about it and thought it really didn`t fit with what shes going through so I didn`t give it to her.
Well tonight I just went to bible study at her house and she was telling about her son and how he just got out of jail yesterday and how excited she was that he had turned to the Lord.And then she said she gave her son a scripture and told him to read it everyday,she then asked me to read the scripture to the other ladies and i look it up in Isaiah and there it is.Its the same one I felt I was to give to her!!!!I then shared about how the Lord gave Lilmiss,SC`s scripture.

just got home from snagging ... walked in and Dougs' cleaning the fish ... so I came in to see if I could find the verse ... it was in Daniel ... it's a prophecy of Messiah verse ...

Daniel 2:45

And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron: forasmuch as iron breaketh in pieces and subdueth all things: and as iron that breaketh all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise.
And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of the potter's clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.
And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.
And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

v 41 - iron won't mix with clay
v 43 - clay stays malable for God

this amazes me because all this put together is giving the message of the lesson of the broken vessel ... ms, also this part of Daniel is prophecy of the end times, as well ... as is much of Isaiah ... I love the major prophets, Isaiah, Daniel, Jeremiah, Ezekiel ... for that reason ... I think you'll find it all fascinating ... I'm the opposite of you ... I find myself in the ot much more ...

finally!! morning, sc, bhs, lilmiss, marlene, joy, and everyone! sorry i haven't been here the last few days! i wish you did too, lilmiss! you'd make it fun! i'm loving the posts you ladies have posted, they are proving good for me too!! Ok, bit of warning here: turns out someone downloaded a big, bad virus to the work comp I'm usually on for this place, and since it took the manager 45 minutes to get it cleaned out, I'm now stuck getting online when I get haul my own comp into work and get online, which is proving, well, difficult! I'll try to get here at least every couple of days, but thought to warn ya'll what's going on! I'm just glad I got here today, and will be thinking over the posts I've read, praying for you all, and will see you shortly!
