focus on the family airing a domestic violence broadcast

i wanted to inform you all that focus on the family will be airing a 2 day radio broadcast on domestic violence in the christian environment. i'm glad that these awful circumstances are finally being brought to light and encourage you to all listen in. the days are october 4th and 5th. my mother works in domestic violence and was one of the panelists in the discussion that will air.

Excellent! Thank you for telling us. I am not sure if I can hear it all due to scheduling conflicts, but Focus makes the tapes available. My father and mother never struck each other, but the parents of some of my friends and other relatives had divorces related to violence. I believe alcohol has a major role in violence. My dad told me that he did not use alcohol because he saw what it did in his family; it made them mean when they've had alcohol. Neither my wife or I drink... or fight!
