Donald Trump Doesn't Know What to Call the White House | Architectural Digest

I'm thinking? "Isn't "house" part of the name? Why not call it a house?"If you've ever had trouble trying to describe the White House to someone who's never seen it, don't worry, you're not alone. It would appear that the President himself isn't quite sure what to call it, either.
On Monday, Donald Trump opened up the South Lawn of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue for the annual White House Easter Egg Roll. Sandwiched between his wife, Melania, and an ominous-looking Easter bunny, the President launched into a lengthy thank-you to all the powers that be involved in setting up the event. He thanked the weather, he thanked the attendees, he thanked the First Lady, and it was all going as expected until he began to thank the White House maintenance staff. As the Cut noticed, that's when the President used a very strange choice of words to describe what's arguably the most famous home in America.
