An article from a far right think tank alleging to summarize some sort of study. The web page of that think tank lists the same summary published in a couple dozen right-wing publications as the fullness of its "work" to date. No sign of the report itself that I could see. Credibility of their analysis seems low until more evidence is presented by them.
Mark Zuckerberg funded a targeted, private takeover of government election operations, a "Fact"

As stated above (more than once) you have provided no substantiation of the claim that there was a "private takeover" of government operations. I read several articles on this when Republicans tried to make a big deal of it almost 3 years ago, it was all about grant money to pay for various programs to enhance voter turnout. Grants made to the clerks (county or municipal) that run the local voting. None of it spoke of a "takeover". So, if you have some sort of evidence of that, now would be the time to post it.

Did Zuckerberg's grants primarily focus on cities with large Democratic voter bases in swing states? Yes.
Did the mostly involve (where partisan) Democratic clerks? It would seem so.
Did it help the Democrats? Probably.

That's what the complaints were about 3-2.5 years ago. This other claim (private takeover) was not one of them.

....
Mark Zuckerberg funding $419 Million in "key swing states" regarding their "key" voting precincts and ballot counting through targeted grant monies, is just one mention on the 2020 election question?
....
Campaign spending and donations are constitutionally protected "free speech".

Thank you conservative / Republican Supreme Court majority!

Except it's not a fact.
It's 100% a fact, in many key states and counties, Mark Zuckerberg funded the election process right down to counting the votes, with selected personnel just as the opinion states

It's not a matter of "Free Speech" as you claim, but that of voting integrity

The opinion articles from the New York Post state otherwise

Wait, you are claiming it's a fact because it's stated in an OPINION piece?

No one is obligated to take opinion articles as fact. I find no reason to take this claim as "fact". Got any evidence of your claims? (And no, referring to this NY Post opinion piece will definitely not satisfy.)

“We’ve invited billionaires into the counting room and it will undermine the integrity of our elections. It’s unprecedented,” said Phill Kline, director of the Amistad Project, an initiative started by the conservative Thomas More Society to defend civil liberties.

“We are headed toward a situation in which Big Tech controls the flow of information and the election process. These are the first things any oligarchy wants to control when it takes power.”

What's Obama got to do with this? Zuck looks like he's 14. I'd be surprised if Obama wasn't actually president in that picture. A bit out of date, no?

That is a *claim* from Mr. Kline. It is not evidence. Just weeks later Mr. Kline and his "project" would file numerous lawsuits based on false premises and conspiracy theories. I don't remember if they specifically were sanctioned by judges for providing false information in court filings, but some of the lawyers in those cases were.

“We are headed toward a situation in which Big Tech controls the flow of information and the election process. These are the first things any oligarchy wants to control when it takes power.”
Again, just a claim, not evidence.

Considering many on social media are just computerized bots, is it any more likely that all voters are human in a tech system?
