Can I ask one thing.. Jesus said not to stop others from using His name because those that those that are for us are not against us. Also Paul said let them preach Christ even tho their motives were to hurt Paul. My question is even tho Christmas and Easter have pagan roots they now identify with Christianity... So should we use this ad an opportunity to witness based on what I said in opening

At one point He will be so bright He will rule the night making it like day for 1000 years but after 1000 years the darkness will be released and deceive the nations after which I will start over, just as the new moon resets so will I reset everything".

The Creator continues; "If you stick around long enough you will notice every seven days the moon is perfect; perfectly half full, perfectly full, perfectly half full and perfectly gone, then it resets. This is the calendar of My Sabbaths. I've put them in the sky for all to see and made it tamper proof from men. For certian men called pagans, unable to tamper with the moon will devise a new calculated calendar to make you forget the one I gave you. They will seek to camouflage other spiritual truths such as 'new life' and 'birth of light' with holidays called Easter and Christmas, but do not fear, for My Anointed One will take these back for the gates of Hell will not prevail against Him.

I've been saying that for years- and doing it too!

We can be distinctive in keeping the Feasts of the Lord, leaving off the holidays celebrated by nations. When asked we can tell them we didn't find them celebrated in scripture nor God requiring us to. It is a witness to our peculiarity. The history of how it all developed is for those who want to learn about it. Not for us to argue about it. We shouldn't be fighting for a place for it within the faith.

Outside the faith, in the culture of the countries that celebrate it, it is a tradition. Traditions are the hardest to root out because people are attached to them. That is one of the reasons they persist.

The difference is that Easter and Xmas were developed specifically to separate Christians from the commandments of Yah. Thanksgiving and birthdays don't do that.

Thanksgiving may very well. I have not studied it out yet completely but it seems as though the pilgrams brought with them their pagan harvest feasts.

Awareness is good. Consider the person, situation, and event when reacting to it, them, or the time. Sometimes God wants you to over look [wink] in times of ignorance, for their sake. Always do things with consideration, love, and compassion. If they have a spirit of weaning away, lead. If they are still feeding off it, chances are you will not be able to take it away from them. It will do more harm than good. Keep things to the size of mustard seeds, and keep planting.
