Seems like Christians wont be able to sit on any cases in this new 'Woke' environment, be prepared to be taken out....

'A Missouri prison worker’s legal fight against on-the-job discrimination this week provided U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito — one of the court’s most conservative members — an opportunity to denounce the landmark decision recognizing same-sex marriage nationwide...
..the U.S. Supreme Court also declined to hear the case — effectively upholding the trial decision for Finney. But the victory came with a five-page statement from Alito laying into Missouri courts and expressing concern about Obergefell, the 2015 opinion that legalized same-sex marriage across the country.

“In this case, the court below reasoned that a person who still holds traditional religious views on questions of sexual morality is presumptively unfit to serve on a jury in a case involving a party who is a lesbian,” Alito wrote, referring to the Missouri appeals court.

“That holding exemplifies the danger that I anticipated in Obergefell v. Hodges … namely, that Americans who do not hide their adherence to traditional religious beliefs about homosexual conduct will be ‘labeled as bigots and treated as such’ by the government.”...

One by one the fundamental rights of Christians are being superseded by the 'Woke' agenda, incredible....

Did you know Alito and all the judges appointed by Trump, and including Trump, have Jesuit backgrounds?.

They are assuming (presume) as Christians (and maybe other faiths) there is a preset bias and assume (presume) that that bias will guide their decision rather than the evidence ... ok then .... on the flip side then .... if a professed Christian (or other religion person) is on trial then could non-christian (non-religious) jurors be assumed (presumed) to have a bias as well? Yes ... of course.

Yes our religious freedom is under attack and Jesus told us it would be. Quite honestly I care not to serve as a juror ... I never have and likely never will.

Living in the end times and all will come to pass .... not going to be easy.

They are all Catholic or Jewish on the bench now, kind of curious, and I suspected they have had Jesuit training...

I have been called to serve as a juror a few times ... never got picked .... now if called and picked I would require special accommodations, and I list that on the jury form .... so far ... have not been called .... don't know if that has anything to do with it ... or not .. don't matter.

If picked I would indeed serve ... but ... like I said .... rather not.

I've been called twice. One time I served the next time I disqualified myself as a small blurb in the newspaper made me curious about what happened and I went and looked the situation over and agreed with the plaintiff.

I told the judge during jury selection that I had already made up my mid about the case and he thanked me for my honesty and dismissed me.

Did you know that most modern Jews are socialists? Therefore they are anti liberty.

I've read several out of print books on the history Jesuits and they are a truly evil organization. Loyola, their founder, made all of his followers swear to have no conscience and enforced that through spying on his own people. They work through infiltration into opposing organizations. Anything, anyone, who supports liberty is their avowed enemy and their history says the have pushed socialistic beliefs time and time again.

One of the books you can download from Project Gutenberg. It was written by a former secretary of the Navy named Thompson from the late 1800s and he goes into a great deal of detail as to how the Jesuits work and what a threat they are to the US.
