It's a happy one. I like how it implies togetherness, and keeps the color toned down, and flowing and consistent. It represents the majority of members well.

The fish are joined as in united, the big fish isn't eating the little fish. Least I don't see it that way.

I'd say that pretty much all of them look better then the old one. So everyone .

I'd prefer something that matches the blue in the logo.
Some kind of a grayish blue, It would look much better and be easier on the eyes than this burgundy we have now.
