Hi,
I have heard that if someone wants to begin Bible study they have to have the right type Bible to begin.

Study Bibles are said to be not the best because they contain the perspective of the theologian that authored the study version.

What other types of Bibles are there that offer the best insight into study?

Also, what about Chronological Bibles? I found one at a website and I think that is pretty interesting. Wouldn't the Bible make more sense if all that transpires is in Chronological order ?

I recommend comparing the texts of a variety of English language Bible versions (many versions are online) to see how different translators rendered the Greek wording into English, then draw your own conclusion regarding the best way for you to interpret a Bible passage.

I haven't looked at a chronological Bible version, but I have found a sequential harmony of the gospels helpful at times.
