The eldest person in our band is mid-50s, but the average age is in the 20s. Our choir on the other hand, has the youngest person about 70.

In my experience in churches with praise bands, the LCMS had the praise band for 2 of their 3 services - I even found myself just feeling entertained and LCMS holds very tightly to monitoring the words and all about their praise bands. Otherwise in the evangelical services I've seen strobe lighting and electric guitars without a cross in sight (it may have been covered by the huge screen). Luckily, I've never been in an Anglican/Episcopal church with either. One Catholic Church even had a screen for "presentations" while another was almost covering the crucifix. Oh, I do prefer a cross rather than a screen, a choir and organ/strings/flute, etc.

Regarding the BCP, do you think anything from the 1928 BCP would be added (my own sentimentality)?
