If it's the same one whose website I examined, it appears to be either a spoof or simply a fundraising device. There are no parishes, congregations, missions, or worshipping communities although it's claimed that they exist all around the world (?).

If you're interested in Arianism in today's world, the Jehovah's Witnesses are usually considered to be the religious community that adheres to Arius' view of God and Jesus.
