A name to remember from Thursday's shooting ... an Army vet

At 12:51 a.m. on Oct. 1, Chris Mintz posted a happy birthday message on Facebook for his son.

Little did he know that just hours before another message was posted on a more obscure social media forum, warning people not to go to school that day. Little did he know that he would end up in a hospital on his son’s birthday with several gunshot wounds, being hailed a hero.​

God bless Chris Mintz. And thank the police for saving unknown countless lives and the tax payers the cost of a trial.

Maybe one day someone who see's a post the likes of what this murderer posted on an obscure social media website will call the school, if it is named in the same post, about what is posted. A forewarning of a mass killing plot by a psychopath could save lives.
