It's enjoyable. The book by Hakuin was terribly difficult to read and understand...more your thing. Hey, if you want to trade my Hakuin for the Calvin's Commentaries...I'm game. hehe

Dogen reminds the one practicing zen to sit. That's it. Over and over again he tells them to meditate and that reciting mantras and sutras are of no use to the Buddhist. Warner has a humorous style, one that I would say boarders on immaturity, but I enjoy it. I'll post a quote latter today.
