Doctor's appointment

Going to the Dr.in a bit to see about my blood pressure..it's elevated(158 over 100 last time I checked it)..also,my right foot is swollen,without pain..
Prayers are greatly appreciated!
I'll give an update when I get back.

The swelling seems to be gout..gonna have to wait a few days for the RX.
The BP will be addressed on the 9th of this next month.
Please keep me in your prayers.

Update..
I am on BP medicine..my BP is sitting at 158 over 110...going back in a month to see if this med is going to do the trick...
I'm doing a major overhaul of my dietary habits..(no more beef for me!)..All fresh foods,nothing processed..loaded with sodium!
Anyway,please continue to lift me to the Lord in prayer,and thank you in advance!
Edit:The ankle is normal size now.
