Employment Prayer Request

Hi everyone,

I've posted on here more than once for prayers regarding my job situation and am in need of more spiritual support. My job has been negative for the last week and a half, which began when the boss of my work's director came in on a Saturday and made complaints in which the cashiers supposedly were not helping out another department and were just standing around. My colleague that worked on that same day said they were short staffed that day and were in need of the cashiers being up front to help out the customers.

Since then, my supervisor's boss has made life at work miserable by being very negative about the number of people that are scheduled to work in the store by the registers each day. If she feels that there are too many people up front at any one time, she tells us to find things for them to do or send them home. She also has made disparaging comments to my colleague, who is the scheduling manager, about scheduling less people to work, even though these same people were scheduled for the purpose of being there to help out with sales and such. My supervisor was otherwise not made aware of these complaints until I talked with her about it. Money has otherwise been a concern with this same manager as well.

We have a meeting this coming Tuesday. I'm praying that these issues become resolved in a peaceful manner. I'm sick of feeling afraid to go to work in having to deal with these issues from my supervisor's boss. I'm praying for it all to get better.

I've sent my supervisor an email of concern addressing the issues going on again, three weeks of it now, and trying to be hopeful in that we can get everything resolved today. Thank you all again!
