"If something is in the Bible, then it is "biblical", and since the Rapture is definitely in the Bible, it is as biblical as any other doctrine. Matthew 24 is NOT about the Rapture. It is about all the events leading up to the Second Coming of Christ "with power and great glory". The "elect" in this chapter are not Christians but redeemed Jews."
..............................................................................................................................

How on earth did you come up with that?Scripture please..........Would that not make it 2 more comings?

Also when is the rapture,in other words can it happen tomorrow, not setting a date just curious to know could it....

(Psalms 110:1 KJV) A Psalm of David. The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.
(Acts 3:19-21 KJV) Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; {20} And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: {21} Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things
, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

(Proverbs 2:21-22 KJV) For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it. {22} But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it.

(Proverbs 10:30 KJV) The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.

If the wicked are cut off, who are those muslims still here in the Middle East that call themselves ISIS?

(Proverbs 10:30 KJV) The righteous shall never be removed: but the wicked shall not inhabit the earth.

If the wicked shall not inhabit the earth, how will the antichrist come on the scene during the tribulation?

Proverbs is not a prophetic book. It was written by King Solomon around 950 BC. Since that time, there's been tons of wicked evil people living on earth.

Nice way to misrepresent verses to promote your no rapture doctrine.

n2, are you a postmillennialist or amillennialist?

satan comes first and then Christ,in between the two, nobody is going anywhere.......

That still leaves a pre-trib rapture (before satan comes) open.

It just means nobody goes anywhere at the 7th trumpet. ^_^

Was the Apostle Paul confused?
Did he say in some passages that only part of Israel would be saved and then say in another passage that "all" of Israel would be saved?

Or, are some of us confusing the difference between Israel of the Flesh and Israel of the Promise?

..............................................................................................................................

Gal 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
(The promise was made to only one seed, Christ.)

Gal 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Gal 3:29 And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
(Being in-Christ is not dependant on one’s race. You are adopted through Christ.)

Gal 6:15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
Gal 6:16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, and upon the Israel of God.
(The Israel of God is not the same as Israel of the Flesh, just as the Baal worshippers were not part of the Israel of God.)

Rom 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God.
(God does not judge by one’s race.)

Rom 2:28
For he is not a Jew, which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
Rom 2:29 But he is a Jew, which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
(Being a true Jew is not about race.)

Rom 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:
(All of Jacob's descendants are not included in Israel of the Promise.)

Rom 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
(Being a descendant of Jacob does not make one a child of God.)

..........................................................

Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.
(The New Covenant has replaced the Old Covenant.)

Heb 10:8 Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;
Heb 10:9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
(He took away the first covenant to establish the second.)

Heb 10:10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.
(There is no need for renewed animal sacrifices. Christ was the ultimate sacrifice. He was God‘s one and only son.)

Heb 11:16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
(We are looking for the New Jerusalem, which is above.)

..............................................................
Rom 10:4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
(Faith in Christ replaces the Law.)

Rom 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
(This is the only way of salvation, since the Cross. The blood of bulls and goats is now useless.)

Rom 10:12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.
(God is no longer a respecter of persons based on race.)

Rom 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
(Paul was not cast away, because of his faith in Christ. He is a part of the all Israel that is saved.)

Rom 11:5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
(During Paul's time there was a remnant of Jacob's descendants, who believed in Christ.)

Rom 11:6 And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.
(Salvation has always been by faith. No one but Christ has ever kept the Law. Nobody in the Old Testament was saved by keeping the Law. They were saved by Faith.)

Rom 11:20 Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:
(Those broken off, has to be a reference to the unbelieving Jews.)

Rom 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again.
(They can only be grafted back in, through faith in Christ.)

Rom 11:26 And “so” all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:
("so" is an adverb of manner indicated by the Greek. It is not an adverb of time.)

(Many modern Bible scholars have changed the “so” to the word “then” which completely changes the intended meaning of the verse.)

G3779
οὕτωhoutō
hoo'-to
Or, before a vowel, οὕτως houtōs hoo'-toce.
From G3778; in this way (referring to what precedes or follows): - after that, after (in) this manner, as, even (so), for all that, like (-wise), no more, on this fashion (-wise), so (in like manner), thus, what.

This could also be written, “And in this manner all Israel shall be saved…” which refers back to verse 23. They can be grafted back in through Faith in Christ. Many people say this means all of the Jews will be saved at some future point in time. However, multiple verses in Romans 9, 10 and 11 say the opposite. This has been clearly demonstrated by the words of the Apostle Paul.

One verse cannot change all of the other verses that come before it.

All of the descendants of Jacob will not be saved based on the words of Paul.
However, all of Israel that is Israel, will be saved. It will be a remnant.

Rom 9:6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:

Rom 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

………………………………..........................................................

Eph 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
Eph_2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
(God is no longer a respecter of persons. Christ has broken down the wall of separation between all peoples.)

The descendants of Jacob can only be grafted back into faithful Israel by faith in Christ. This is the "so", manner of their salvation.

The Church is not a parenthesis in God's plan. The Church is the Plan.

If we truly love the Jewish people we must tell them the truth.

The Blood bought Grace of Jesus Christ is the only way of Salvation.
.
There is no Plan B...

Can you explain what you're ranting about this morning?

Ephesians 5:25
Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her

Proverbs 21:19
It is better to live alone in the desert than with a quick-tempered wife who loves to argue.

Proverbs 27:15
A complaining wife is like water that never stops dripping on a rainy day.

Where was the rapture for those people and the ones who are still dying today????

Where does the bible teach that Christians will be rapture away whenever faced with persecution? Daily raptures is not biblical.

Is being beheaded your biggest issue?

May I ask what you think of Christians who were tortured in the past

Let's do the past first

Early Christians sometimes faced persecution and even death for their beliefs. Many were tortured first; some were not. Of Jesus’s 11 disciples (not counting Judas) Peter, Simon the Zealot, Phillip, Jude the brother of James, and Andrew were all crucified in various parts of the world. Peter requested to be crucified upside down, a request the Romans were only too happy to grant. Andrew’s cross was in the shape of an X, which is now called St. Andrew’s Cross and appears on the Scottish flag.
This list contains 10 of the most bizarre and painful methods of torture inflicted upon the Christians of antiquity through the Early Middle Ages. Much of this information has been gleaned from John Foxe’s Book of Martyrs and corroborated elsewhere.

1- Cooked To Death

2- Dragged To Death

Mark, who wrote the Gospel of Mark, founded the Christian Church in Alexandria and preached to the masses that they should give up their Egyptian gods and goddesses. It’s not clear how long he was able to keep this up, but he did convert many before A.D. 68, when an angry mob tied a rope around his neck and dragged him through the streets behind a chariot for two days without interruption. The dragging continued even after his death, until his bones were showing.

3- Skinned

Removal of the skin is so excruciating that victims invariably passed out multiple times during the torture. To prevent this, they were usually hung upside down so the excess blood flow to their brains forced them to remain conscious. The skin is not easy to remove, and torturers rarely made an effort to remove it in one piece unless they wanted a trophy. Typically, the skin was sliced into strips, then each strip peeled from the body with the aid of a knife. Often, the skin was thrown into a fire or to animals, or dangled before the victim’s eyes.
This is how Bartholomew, one of the 12 apostles, was killed by locals in Armenia, into whose language he translated Matthew’s Gospel. The Armenians refused to abandon their idols and executed Bartholomew by crucifying him upside down and skinning him.

4- Sewn Into Skins And Eaten By Dogs

This torture was devised by Nero himself, not merely to cause Christians pain but to entertain him and his guests. Nero was infamously rumored to have crucified Christians on trees in his gardens, coated them with wax, and set them on fire to light his nightly walks (he evidently didn’t mind the stench). Others he ordered sewn into hides—any large animal was skinned, and the prepared skin sewn around the victim except for the head, hands, and feet. Then ravenous dogs were set loose. The victim could only scuttle around on all fours like a crab. Nero was said to have laughed heartily as the dogs gnawed at the skin as they would a bone.
Julian of Antioch was tortured every day for an entire year and displayed to the crowds in every town in Cilicia, (a southern coastal region of what is now Turkey). He was then sewn into a skin filled with asps and scorpions and flung into the Aegean Sea. He was said to have floated all the way across the Mediterranean to Alexandria, Egypt.

5- Starved To Death

6- Boiled To Death

7- The Inquisition’s Auto Da Fe

The most common method called for the victim to be stripped to his underwear and laid face-up on an elevated platform. Thin cords were passed through holes and wrapped around the limbs, then drawn so tightly that they cut through the victim’s flesh to the bones. If no confession was made, the process was repeated up to four times. If this elicited no confession, the next stage involved folding the arms backward behind the victim with the palms outward, then both arms were tied to a winch that ratcheted them closer and closer until the backs of the hands touched. This ripped both shoulders out of the sockets with such pressure that blood spewed from the mouth. A surgeon would then set the joints and the victim was given two months in prison to recover.
Two months later, the last torture involved a heavy chain lashed around the body with both ends attached to a winch. The arms were pinned straight at the sides and the chain was passed around the wrists. Then it was tightened like a tourniquet until the shoulders and wrists dislocated. The joints were then reset, and the torture immediately inflicted a second time. If the victim still did not confess, he was sent to be burned at the stake. If he did, he was placed in prison for another month or two, then released a cripple.

8- Ground To Death In A Mill

Under the rule of Maximian, Saint Victor Maurus may have suffered the most excruciating death of all. He secretly ministered to his parishioners in Milan until about 303, when he was discovered and immediately dragged through the streets behind a horse while the crowds stripped him naked and beat him, then demanded he recant. He refused and was stretched on the rack for a day, during which time he prayed to God for patience. He was then imprisoned—and immediately converted three of his guards. When Maximian heard of this, he ordered the guards beheaded, and Victor racked again, while the torturers beat him savagely with clubs. He was ordered to recant and refused a third time. Maximian had a Roman altar built and ordered Victor to sacrifice incense on it to Jupiter. This enraged Victor, who kicked over the altar. Maximian furiously ordered the offending foot cut off, after which Victor was flung into a stone mill used to grind wheat into flour, and the torturers ground him to death.

9- Broken On The Wheel

10- Having Their Guts Eaten By Pigs

In 363, under Julian the Apostate, Saint Marcus was Bishop of Arethusa, a town near modern Apameia, Syria. Julian ordered Marcus to repair a dilapidated pagan temple, but Marcus destroyed it instead, then fled the city. He soon realized that his Christian followers would pay for what he had done if he did not return—and so he did. The enraged townspeople dragged him through the streets, stripped him naked, stabbed him all over his body with their pencils and quills, then smeared him with honey and suspended him in a basket in a town square, where the wasps and bees would swarm into the basket and devour him

Where was the rapture for those people and the ones who are still dying today????
I asked a simple question and I get a list of the way people were killed? Whatever.....

You may not be getting the answers you want to hear.

Unfortunately, I am getting the Darbyite spirit of condemnation from you.
There must be something wrong with me if I dare to question John Darby's doctrine.

There are three debate strategies used by some, but not all Darbyites.

1. Deny or ridicule the recent origin of the doctrine.

2. Ignore, twist, change, cherry-pick or "rightly divide" scripture to make the doctrine work.

3. Make a personal attack upon those who dare to question the doctrine.

Sadly, you have been using number 3 in many of your posts.

Your problem is that you don't show any "Timeline" of scripture with your doctrine, when things take place and explain why they occur at that particular time.

And it's that kind of ignorance that keeps Israel from believing Jesus is the Messiah, Jesus came a couple of days earlier than they were expecting, on the Fourth day, Jews are still waiting/expecting him to come on the "Seventh day". (Second coming)

If you can't explain scripture in a "timeline", and explain the reason/purpose of each time frame using scripture,
Then you don't really understand the scriptures.

The reason/purpose for this "Time of the Gentiles", (Church) Israel can't and won't try to explain, using scripture, even after it has existed for two thousand years,

and I find some Christians are the same way, they haven't looked at Israel and what they did wrong to learn anything about themselves,

God made Israel a "light to the Gentiles" of the things we should do and things we shouldn't do, by the examples set with them.

But that's a light not very many see, and like Israel, they'll pay the consequences of not "Seeing the light".

Heb 8:6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.

Heb 8:7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, then should no place have been sought for the second.

Heb 8:8 For finding fault with them, he saith, Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:

Heb 8:9 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day when I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt; because they continued not in my covenant, and I regarded them not, saith the Lord.

Heb 8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

Heb 8:11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.

Heb 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Heb 8:13 In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away.

They cannot go back to the Old Covenant because it ended at the Cross, when He bowed His blood soaked head and said... "It is finished."

Gal 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

We are to stay on the field of battle until the King returns to this rotten, sin-cursed world to make all things right.

We are not going to be evacuated and leave the descendants of Jacob here to go back to Law Keeping, which they were never able to do in the first place.

.

Let's suppose for a moment that YOU are Father God. You sent your only Son to die for the sins of all. Yet, your selected people, the Hebrews, as a nation did not accept that your Son died and made a NEW will and testament.

One choice: become a LIAR which of course is IMPOSSIBLE and send all the living Hebrews to hell because they did not receive your Son. All your Old Testament promises to them become null and void - hence you become a liar.

Second choice: you find SOME WAY to let them know Jesus WAS and IS their Messiah, so they don't all end up in hell and so your promises to them come true.

So which of these two alternatives would the real Father God choose?

God's choice is to allow them to suffer the judgment of the 70th week. Only 1/3 will make it through. At the same time all those verses you chose to show will still be true. Except the church age will have ended.

We are back to "dispensations." It seems you just cannot believe that the "Age of Grace" will end.

Well, it WILL END, in spite of your disbelief. And when it ends, The Day of the Lord and the 70th week comes, and the 70th week will be primarily for Daniel's people.

All I want to know is,what part of after the trib do you all not understand?

What part of we will not be gathered until after the man of sin is revealed do you all not understand?

Confusion is rampant in the above post. OF COURSE if there is a "trib" and time continues after that, there will be events "after" the trib. However, the catching away of the Bride will not be one of them, for it will happen BEFORE the "trib."

The event that will come after the man of sin is revealed is the Day of the Lord, NOT the rapture of the Bride. Do you confuse these two events as though they are one: they are NOT/ The gathering of the Saints comes as the TRIGGER for the Day of the Lord. the trigger for an event and the actual event cannot happen at the same time and cannot be the same event.

Again, why do you all confuse the wrath with the trib????
Still MORE confusion! WHEN is God's wrath poured out on the earth? WHEN is the "trib?

The truth is, for much of the 70th week they run TOGETHER: while the Antichrist Beast is murdering saints causing days of great "trib," God is pouring out His wrath. So the truth is, they cannot be separated, happening concurrently.

We overcome, not look to fly away
You can stay behind if you wish. Perhaps you could try being a DOER of the word? Try Luke 21:36: ESCAPE these things that are coming - FLY AWAY to heaven!

Lets take a look in (Matthew 24:40-44) "Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this that if the Goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh."

This is one of the places in the Bible people use to support the teaching of a Rapture. If such an event is to take place, why doesn't the word Rapture appear in the Bible?

So what word do u suggest ? KIDNAPPED ? CONFISCATED ? LEFT BEHIND ?

DID YOU THINK JESUS LEARN ENGLISH AND ASKED HIM WHY HE DIDNT USE THAT WORD ???

How on earth did you come up with that?Scripture please..........Would that not make it 2 more comings?

If the Second coming of Jesus is described to Israel and the Church in both the OT and NT,
But the Rapture of the church is a coming of Jesus for the church and not revealed until Paul wrote about it,

"WHY" in the world would you think both of these occur at the same time?????

Also when is the rapture,in other words can it happen tomorrow, not setting a date just curious to know could it....

At the point in time we live, not only could it occur, but will occur in the very near future.
If Jesus told us what week he was coming back, we still wouldn't know the "Day" or the "Hour".

It doesn't make any sense to write stuff like:
Mr 13:29 So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

If no one has a "Clue" when the rapture is near.

Remember, i said that the 6 TH seal events will mark the beginning of the Tribulation ... **more details below.

I doubt that the Beast will let the Two Witnesses doing their ministry during the 3 1/2 years of his reign during the last half of the tribulation and at the same time starting beheading the Christians....
The Two Witnesses will most likely start their -one thousand two hundred and threescore days ministry -not long after the sealing of the 144,000 near the beginning of the Tribulation.
Revelation 11
3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
...
7 And when they shall have FINISHED their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

I have never REARRANGE Revelation.

**I do believe that the Great Earthquake of the 6 Th Seal is caused by God ,as well as all the other earthquakes mentioned in Revelation after the 6 TH Seal. (which are markers of -some- events among other things )

-Remember this ,the events happening from the 6 Th seal to the 7 Th Trumpet are part of the Tribulation.

-God will execute His wrath by pouring out the 7 vials.(Revelation 16)

-The prophesied Day of the Lord /Jesus Second Coming happen at the 7 Th vial and will include Jesus coming as a thief , the total worldwide earthquake far bigger than the 6th seal earthquake/,the destruction of The Great Babylon by fire and brimstone ,the great hail of stone(Revelation 16:14-21) Culminating with Jesus appearing visibly for the battle of Armageddon...the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.Revelation 19:15-21

Did you not read that the beast CANNOT kill them until they have finished? He certainly will WANT TO. If you will notice, the sealing is done in Rev. 7, and the two witnesses begin in chapter 11. You cannot ignore this. MUCH takes place between, as in the first 6 trumpet judgments. OF COURSE you are trying to rearrange! Leave the entrance of the Two witnesses where John put it: just before the midpoint. In fact, it seems 3 1/2 days before the midpoint (7th trumpet).

6th seal to 7th trumpet....part of the "tribulation" The 6th seal is the start of the Day of the Lord. The 7th seal (after the sealing of the 144,000) is the start of the "70th week." Will "tribulation" have begun? I guess it will if you include the great earthquake at the 6th seal as the beginning of "tribulation."

The 7th trumpet will mark the exact midpoint, so between these events the first 6 trumpet judgments will come. Don't ignore what John wrote! God's wrath BEGINS with the great earthquake at the 6th seal and continues on through the ENTIRE 70th WEEK. You cannot separate "tribulation" from His wrath, for they are concurrent.

Go back and read it again! John declares that "the day of His wrath" is the SAME as "the day of the Lord" and will begin at the 6th seal. WHY then do you rearrange and put it at the end?

How many "raptures" do you think God has planned? Was there suppose to be a rapture for each of the martyrs in the first century? Do you imagine that their being murdered was in some way God's wrath?

The truth is, there is only going to be ONE - as the trigger for judgment.
