10th Amendment to the US Constitution
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
One of the first things they taught us in the police academy was that a person did not have to be a US citizen to have their rights violated.I'm calling Poe

Umm I hate to tell you but you are wrong about this.Well, that's just bad legal advice since citizens don't have rights under the Constitution.
Too bad cops can be sued for doing their jobs to protect legal citizens
Another example of government failing to do it's job to protect citizens.
I think I’ll trust people who made their living training law enforcement officers over you
I hear you.And they will protect illegal aliens over and above American citizens as we are seeing now.
It's the America last policies of the left coming to fruition as they are finally getting their dream of the US becoming a third world nation full of crime and chaos.
The Constitution specifically says rights not given to the fed belong to the states. Case closed!
Not quite. It's more complicated than that.
Please enjoy knowing better than everyone else.
No, not when one accepts the Constitution which the 10th Amendment is now a part of.
That's the problem with people these days is they always trying to spin things they don't like
The 10 Amendment is so easy to understand, one has to go find help to MIS-understand it:
10th Amendment to the US Constitution

In other words, the fed needs to butt out of the state's business unless the Constitution specifically gives them the right to manage something.
This dude from The Office tv show gets it!
Well it's certainly sad to see that some folks believe non-citizens have the same rights as US Citizens.
This represents the decay of this nation that is leading the US to it's demise.
Oh well, we had a good run...
Yes, immigrants are protected by the U.S. Constitution. No, not when one accepts the Constitution which the 10th Amendment is now a part of.

You're evading the issue. The 9th Amendment is as much a part of the Bill of Rights as are the other 9. And it too, must be accepted as such. It's language says that other, unenumerated rights may exist, and they belong to the people--not to Congress, nor to state legislatures. An example would be a woman's right to make a private medical decision with a licensed health care provider. No, not when one accepts the Constitution which the 10th Amendment is now a part of.

Yes, immigrants are protected by the U.S. Constitution.
When it was written it said persons, not citizens. This is not a recent developmentI see so ... being an American citizen is worthless then as our rights are meaningless and we have now become subservient to the criminal illegal aliens.
Looks like the end of the republic has arrived sooner than expected.

Non-citizens have been protected by the Constitution since the beginning. We haven't fallen yet.Well, then enjoy the chaos that arrives when the republic falls.
I don't see how non-citizens having rights makes being an American worthless. Can you please explain that to me? Also, how is it a plan of the globalists if this state of being has been true since its founding? That's part of the plan of the globalists is to make being an American worthless and then make America itself worthless.
How is protecting the rights of even non-citizens not standing up for America? What's hilarious is seeing clueless Americans so slow they are in agreement with their own demise! View attachment 345796
Other countries at least have enough common sense to stand up for themselves, but not Americans View attachment 345797
I’m certainly not in favor of letting all these people come here, I’m just telling you that non citizens have rights tooWell, then enjoy the chaos that arrives when the republic falls.
