I see the actual data. You ignore the data and post anecdotes and right-wing propaganda.
I see the actual data of people struggling to pay their bills. The credit card debt for Americans is now well over $1 trillion dollars. Inflation has made everything much more expensive than it ought to be. I am not posting propaganda. I am posting reality. Bidenomics is a dismal failure for the majority of Americans. If Bidenomics was awesome, Joe Biden would be waaaay ahead in all of the national polling regarding the economy.

can you show me where the decision restricted congress from legislating on it?

The whole reason Roe v Wade was overturned is because SCOTUS ruled the fed does not have the right to regulate abortion at all whether it be for or against.

Only the states have the right to regulation abortion for their own state.

In other words, the fed is out of the picture altogether concerning abortion according to SCOTUS because the constitution does not explicitly give the feds any authority over abortion whatsoever which is WHY Roe v Wade was overturned

If the fed does not have the right to make abortion legal nationwide according to SCOTUS, then they also have no right to ban abortion nationwide.

On the other hand, for discerning pro-lifers who are horrified at Trump's character (or lack thereof) and complete callousness about other pro-life priorities may switch their allegiance.
Americans should be horrified at the disgusting levels of corruption from Joe Biden. Americans ought to be disgusted that many of the leaders of the Democratic party are anti-life and pro-abortion unwilling to set limits upon the killing of unborn humans.

That's just not the case.

The fed (or Congress) did not make abortion legal nationwide. So SCOTUS didn't say anything about it.

Youre simply re stating your previous assertion.
Can you back it up tho?
Here's Samuel Alito summarizing the opinion he wrote
“We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled. The Constitution makes no reference to abortion, and no such right is implicitly protected by any constitutional provision, including the one on which the defenders of Roe and Casey now chiefly rely—the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment.”
Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization | Constitution Center

And from Alitos actual opinion:
We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey arrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.

Its about rejecting that the US Const protects an abortion right - and so opening the door for states to legislate. But please show me where the decision restricts congress from legislating on the issue.

SCOTUS has already ruled that whether to allow abortion or not belongs to the states because the Constitution does not give this to the federal government.

So, if a national ban was passed and signed in to law, SCOTUS would simply strike it down.

Now that we've got that topic covered, what else do you guys wanna talk about?
They have made no such ruling.

Yeah, it actually is.

The fed (or Congress) did not make abortion legal nationwide. So SCOTUS didn't say anything about it.

SCOTUS has already ruled that the fed has no authority under the Constitution to regulate abortion therefore it goes to the states.

So if congress where to pass a law making abortion legal nationwide, or banning it nationwide then SCOTUS would strike both down because the fed has no authority under the Constitution to regulate abortion

The Constitution specifically says rights not given to the fed belong to the states. Case closed!

Since the left is working to dissolve the Constitution maybe they'll pack the supreme court with liberal yes men and arrange to force abortion to be legal nationwide again at some point in the future.

That will only bring more of God's judgement on this nation resulting in further destruction. Oh well...

They have made no such ruling.

Err yeah they have... you gotta pay attention to what's going in man.

Didn't you hear about Roe v Wade bring over turned?

Can you show us where they did this? Just a brief quote from the opinion, or a link to some reliable commentary that specifically backs this up?

No, SCOTUS has not. That is a myth.

Why would they? It's in line with Dobbs.

10th Amendment to the US Constitution
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

So, the ball is in your court... show us where the US Constitution specifically says the federal government has the right to regulate abortion.

The Congress shall have power...

To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several states, and with the Indian tribes;

People travel from state to state to obtain abortions. Because of the Anti-Commendering Doctrine Congress can not make the states do anything, but they can pass their own laws. IN other words, they can't force the states to allow abortions, but they can certainly make getting one a federal crime.

The fed cannot legalize abortion nor can they ban abortion according to the 10th Amendment to the US Constitution

This is abortion never should have been made legal in the first place.

“The Constitution makes no express reference to a right to obtain an abortion…,” the June 24 ruling said. “We thus return the power to weigh those arguments to the people and their elected representatives.”

That's a quote from the ruling itself

Yes, there is no express right to obtain an abortion in the Constitution. That does not mean that Congress has no authority to regulate it. Notice how Alito keeps referring to "the people and their elected representatives." That's not limited just to the states.

That's not want the 10th amendment says.

Rights no specifically given to the fed go to the states.

The constitution does not mention abortion at all, therefore under the 10th amendment the fed has no right to regulate abortion on any level, only the states have the right within each state.

You might want to consult a qualified attorney that is not a baby killin liberal.
