If I'm not mistaken, the question is of whether they profit from the sales. That has not yet been determined, to my knowledge. It will take some careful accounting to determine whether the sales were for profit or not. They may in fact be recouping losses which is not legal.

Let's be clear - the profit goes back to the clinic because it's the clinic who charges the purchaser.
The purchaser then covers the 'shipping' costs - which is hand delivered - and then the portion is returned to the clinic as their profit.
Remember who is selling?
The clinic.
There are no middle men here - so the monies returned [after gas consumption] is given back to the clinic....who receives millions BTW from tax income. So i find any great costs for them - is nonexistent.
Do not forget - the aspiration machines and what not - have already been purchased...
So the abortion covers the cost of any ice or containers used.
The Dr's fee - salaries are covered by the great number of abortions per day they perform...

IF they werent profiting - they wouldnt be in business. And abortion is BIG business.

And per Catholicism - the sanctity of life far out numbers the use and covetousness of that humans tissues.

I'm going to go further and suggest once again the barbaric ways to kill these innocent lives to receive perfect samples [just as hideous as any but prohibited] - does NOT advance science or help humanity.

They have been using embryonic cells for decades now and havent got any closer to finding a solution - YET umbilical cords of delivered babies and adult stem cells - have already been shown to be beneficial.

How about dignity of the small person?

I agree! The hostile witness is the one that lies about what someone said, launches against their own fiction, and hopes what they throw against the wall sticks to the screen name they targeted!
Because their pro-life mission does not include demonstrating they are also pro-integrity. A tragic circumstance for them to be sure. God have mercy.

Honey, we can't take evil thinking good can come of it. Dead unwanted babies paving the way for cures and research is what you'd prefer? I'd prefer everyone in this nation and in the world in general realize that killing babies is wrong and an offense to God. I'd prefer that everyone just stop offending God who is already much offended.
