I'd like to lose more weight. I've lost a third of what I wanted to lose overall, so I just need to keep up with what I'm doing.

I want to take up Kung Fu as well when I lose more weight and gain more confidence and I would also quite like to take up climbing as well. Either way, looking forward to losing more weight and taking up some activities that are both fun but help maintain a healthy lifestyle :)

OK, I need to get started again. I was walking daily and then got out of the habit. :/

I love going for walks with my dog. You should :) post here when you do!!

I reached my second weight goal (Going in 5 lbs chunks. Down 37 lbs since last year, but only just started again) the other day and was surprised. Weight myself earlier and down 3 lbs more again. Interesting!

Working out in a little bit :) I tried to sleep off my headache but just can't get to sleep, so if I can sleep I will workout after :)
