So, in case anyone hasn't realized, the general trend these days is to go to Church zealously through high school/first few years of college and then kind of drift away.

I find it interesting, because I generally agree. I haven't been to church (except for a wedding) for any sort of service for six months. I pray regularly, follow certain Christian religious leaders I admire on blogs and such, but I just don't attend church any more, despite knowing and believing intellectually that I should.
A variety of reasons I guess. The cliche-ey insularity, the ugly looks because I was a poor student and looked like it. It just never seemed to say anything that really mattered in my life, and none of the churches I've ever attended have ever given any indication that they were interested in having me join or continue attending. So I guess it's not like I hate it at all, but more like, "meh".
