I really respect my mother: raise 3 kids and work as a nurse for 41 years?
Being employed as an operating room/surgery nurse is difficult, I imagine....
Being employed as a nurse in the pediatric ward (children's ward) is not easy either.
When my mother was working in the pediatric ward, she would come home with bruises on her legs because the kids kicked her.
I am thankful that my mother only has one week of work remaining before she retires from her nursing job.
I also want to work in the helping professions (as a Christian pastor and/or licensed counselor/therapist).
I'm not sure that I could be a nurse for 41 years though.
